1st contacted Ernie by phone in December 2017 but finally went into the dealership in May 2018. Told Ernie I only wanted to test drive a CRV, not buy when I went to the dealership. I moved to the Charlotte area 1 year ago. I had a 15 year relationship with a Honda dealer in Wilmington, NC previously and wanted to establish a similar relationship in Charlotte. Over the course of the year, I visited the Honda dealers within 15 miles of my home. I found Metro to not "jump" on me or ignore me. They treated me like a friend and showed respect throughout the process. I highly recommend.

I was so pleasantly surprised at Metro Honda Malachi Smith was professional, honest, patient, and fun to work with. We were not pounced on when we got to the dealership. There was no closer that told us if we didn't make the deal right then it would go away. I feel like I got everything I wanted and more. There was no typical car sales mentality, just a good man making an honest deal. I must say their follow up is second to none, and I highly recommend Metro Honda.
JR was very nice! He was not pushy and did not make me settle for a car that I did not like. He reviewed the car with me in great detail! However, I felt like there was false advertsing because extra fees were added to the cost which was differnet online. The cost online was lower. Those fees should have been added online not afterwards. This was not his fault though!! I was pleased with my experience at Metro Honda Union County!

We had a good car buying experience getting a Honda Odyssey with the help of Rashad Young. The car we were eying initially wasn't a good fit, but Rashad found us something better at a good price. Great indoor diversions for the kids too - movie room, game room, and popcorn. Only downside was waiting around for a while after deciding to buy the car, but with the games for the kids it was no problem.
This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. The deal we got on our new Civic was the best within 100 miles of Charlotte. JR Raulerson was very professional and found me exactly the car I wanted without even having coming to the dealership. From my first contact with Stan he was very helpful in my car purchase, he answered every question I had and had all the paperwork ready when I came in to look at the vehicle so it made for a quick process. My daughter had a mishap and totaled her 2013 Honda Accord and needed a replacement asap for her job. A 2014 came available and via pics looked like the one she had. I did not see it in person but took the word of the folks at the dealership that it was in pristine condition and it was. They even sent a video of it to me. I could not come and get it so they drove it to me! Very smooth transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again in the future for another automobile. Pricing was very good.
I chose to go to Metro Honda after my excellent experience with the service department and I was very pleased that my buying experience was also a very positive experience. The sales rep, JR, did not apply any pressure on us, but was responsive to our questions and concerns. I am sure I will return to Metro again in the future.
